Allen brings a variety of skills and experiences to the table at Integrity Bookkeeping. From HR to communications, strategic planning to administration, he leverages over 25 years of experience in pastoral ministry and non-profit organizations to keep the wheels turning day-to-day. Allen is an excellent communicator with certifications in life coaching and the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, working with Joyce to build healthy and productive connections with Integrity’s clients.

Penny has been doing bookkeeping since high school, having worked with owners of many small businesses to help them maintain clean and accurate books. She has great organizational skills and her strong attention to detail won’t let her rest until every “Penny” is in its place. She is a trusted member of the Integrity Bookkeeping team, with a professional attitude and great people skills.
Penny was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She raised two amazing kids and now has three beautiful grandbabies to show for it. She spends her spare time gardening, traveling, crafting and doing DIY projects.
